Eligibility Criteria

What are the criteria for the Singapore International Graduate Award? Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• Citizenship: Open to all international graduates with a passion for research and excellent academic results. Singapore citizens or permanent residents are not eligible.
• Academic Background: Must have completed or be in the process of completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a high GPA or equivalent academic standing.
• Research Interest: A strong interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Computing and Information Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Engineering.
• Language Proficiency: Strong skills in written and spoken English. While not always mandatory, valid TOEFL, IELTS, or GRE scores are highly recommended to strengthen the application.
• Referee Reports: Must be able to provide at least two strong academic references from previous professors or supervisors.
• Commitment: A commitment to completing a full-time Ph.D. program in Singapore over a period of four years.

Deadline
