Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship/Residency: Applicants must be a national of or resident in one of the following regions for at least seven years prior to the proposed date of entry: Cambodia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Academic Standing: Must have reached an academic standard sufficient to qualify for entry to one of the partner Colleges at the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge.
• Undergraduate Applicants: Must normally be within seven years of having completed their secondary school education at the date of entry.
• Postgraduate Applicants: Must be within the early stages of their career and must have secured (or be expected to secure) a place at the University and be resident in one of the partnered Colleges.
• Health: Must be in a satisfactory state of health.
• Exclusion: Applications will not be considered for a study programme which is already being pursued, or from candidates who hold other fully-covered scholarships to study overseas.

Step by step Application Process
